There is a 1 year warranty with all items from the date of purchase. If you have an issue with any item within this time, please contact us at (email address) straight away and we will offer to repair the item for you. Refunds will only be offered within the usual 14 day returns period. This 1 year guarantee does not cover misuse or mistreating of the item, and we will assess every item on its merit upon receipt. If the item has been damaged through misuse or accident, repair charges will apply, and we will advise of these charges before any work is carried out.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. When the products are delivered to the delivery address specified in your order, all risk including of loss or damage to the products shall pass to you. 

 

We shall be under no liability for any failure to deliver products when specified if the delay or failure is wholly or partly caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Our designs and images of our collection belong to Verno Jewellery and must not be reproduced without our permission, 

Our items are unique, and are crafted using elements from antique pieces. These have been tested to the best of our ability, and are sold in good faith.

Regarding items which are shipped internationally, any import taxes are the sole responsibility of the purchaser, and must be paid for in full to the handling agent upon import. Any items returned to us because of refusal to pay import duties will be subject to a refund minus any return shipping costs.
