I don't often get drawn to cluster designs, but I adore cabochons, as well as rose cuts, so this ring instantly caught my eye. 
The central cabochkn sapphire is a lovely mid blue, with typical colour zoning and inclusions. Surrounding this are quite shallow rose cut diamonds, which unusually are open backed, meaning they appear to almost float! 
This is all set in rich yellow gold, which tests as 18ct.

Weight approx 3.64g
Sapphire measures approx 9mm accross  calculated as approx 4ct. 
Some colour enhancement is evident in the sapphire. 
Width of head approx 14mm
Width at back approx 1.7mm 
Finger size approx R (US 8 3/4) could be resized
